Selected as a finalist and presented at Food Tech Grand Prix 2026

FlavorTune Labs was selected as a finalist in Food Tech Grand Prix 2026. I presented personalized flavor-design AI at the final presentation round on October 10, 2026, at the Center of Garage in Tokyo.

The presentation introduced an approach that learns individual preferences from a small number of tastings and translates them into manufacturing conditions, including food 3D printing.
